Bill Dowd has shared with LFNA this rendering of a mixed use retail/office/residential building that he is planning to build on the North side of Virginia between Dauphin and Haven. The site is currently occupied by a single story house-looking structure about mid-block between two retail buildings.

Today a report came to me from a resident on Asher Lane that a Polaroid of naked male genitalia was left at doorstep. The Orlando Police were notified but there is nothing they can currently do. Please be mindful of suspicious figures in the neighborhood and keep your doors locked at all times.
